As part of the core crew Key Solution has supported preservation and preparation of the FPSO for the Norwegian phase. Completed all preparations and restart of the Safety Automated System during transportation from South Korea to Norway (more than 60 days of navigation). Ensured full functionality of F&G system and LQ basic system to start the fjord phase and the sailing toward the production area.

Full ESD PSD F&G test with Statoil supervision to witness Hierarchy and SIL requirements compliance according to SRS and Norsok standards.
Supported first oil activities with software changes to provide Operations nice to have improvement.
In start-up phase support 24/7 to Operators in all the utilities and process tuning. Flow regulators, pressure controlled valves, knock out drums…

• Supported first Offloading activities and modified HMI and logic to provide best user-friendly practices.
• Supervision of integration among SAS, SAP and all the Integrated operations systems.
• Training to CCR operators on the Safety System and how to read the basic documentation.
• Implementation of full-scale logic changes to provide better UI experience for CCR operators.
• Alarm Management Handling, analysis and troubleshooting.
• Complete review of As Built Logic documentation.
• Preparation of Checklist and Procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance on the Safety System.
• Preparation of Disaster recovery plan.
• Preparation of Cyber Security Schedule and procedures.
• Scheduled tests on Safety Function and validation against SRS.
• Tuning and modifications on Automatic Shutdown Report and SIL verification Assistant systems.
• Support to Maintenance team on Condition Monitoring systems, special focus on Rotating Equipment and Vibration Monitoring System.
