Integrated QHSE Policy

KEY SOLUTION adopts and maintains an integrated Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. This system places customer satisfaction, process efficiency, environmental protection, and workplace safety at the core of its operations.

The strategies that support the development of the company’s business are based on its values and corporate mission, which also guide the conduct of employees and collaborators. Through the sharing of challenges and opportunities, KEY SOLUTION aims to achieve the best possible results.

KEY SOLUTION is committed to developing and implementing its Management System through the active involvement of all personnel, ensuring that each individual contributes, according to their responsibilities, to the achievement of established goals and to the promotion of a genuine culture of workplace safety.

In pursuing continuous improvement, KEY SOLUTION aims to achieve these objectives through the following actions:

  • Defining measurable business, environmental, and health & safety objectives, monitoring their achievement, and implementing any necessary corrective actions to reduce inefficiencies and waste;
  • Promoting employee involvement and awareness to ensure understanding of the impact of individual behavior, particularly regarding environmental protection and workplace safety;
  • Establishing and implementing methodologies for identifying and assessing hazards and potential emergency situations, taking into account the company’s organizational and technological factors, with the aim of preventing incidents and minimizing potential consequences;
  • Making every organizational, operational, and technological effort to prevent significant adverse environmental impacts, including air pollution, inefficient resource use, and issues related to the circular economy;
  • Ensuring that this policy and the related Management System are understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization, supported by regular training and awareness programs;
  • Promoting responsible supplier behavior with regard to environmental protection and workplace safety;
  • Preventing and managing workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, hygiene and safety risks, fire hazards, direct and indirect environmental impacts, and emergency situations;
  • Ensuring that this policy is available to all relevant stakeholders.

Each year, during the Management Review process, KEY SOLUTION defines improvement objectives to assess the effectiveness and value of its Management System and provides the resources and means necessary to achieve them.
