Goliat was built in Korea by HHI (Hyundai Heavy Industry) where we have collaborated with Eni and HHI to commissioning PCS and Safety systems. Our proven background with ABB products helped the client to speed up all activities. To the normal Commissioning activities, focused first of all on the safety system, with the development of the project as soon as a new design challenge or issue came up we have been asked to troubleshoot, fix it and make it works.

• Completed commissioning of Gas Compressor trains to provide full recycle of the produced Gas toward Gas lift lines, reinjection lines and fuel Gas delivery to Gas turbine.
• Completed commissioning of integrated operations.
• Logic modification, C&E test and performance test for Bi-fuel Gas Turbine  GE[1] and Gas Compressors train.
• Logic modification and dynamic test of N° 1 Nitrogen compressor, booster and delivery circuit.
• Logic modification and dynamic test of Cooling Medium System.
• Logic modification and dynamic test of Diesel System.
• Logic test and sequence modification of Diesel Purifier.
• Logic test and dynamic test of N° 4 Fire Water pumps.
• Logic modification and dynamic test of Heating Medium System.
• Logic modification and dynamic test of Sewage System.
• Logic modification and dynamic test of Heat Recovery Unit.
• Logic modification and dynamic test of N° 3 Sea Water Lift Pumps 3200 m3/h for each one, and setup regulation for distribution in Sea Water Cooling System.
• Logic modification and dynamic test of Water Tight Doors ( safety system SIL 3)
  Local open/close, from CAP in safe mode, from CAP in emergency mode.
• Logic modification and clean up run of HP compressors (GE Nuova Pignone).
• Logic modification and clean up run of LP compressors (GE Nuova Pignone).
• Test of all ESD (Emergency Shutdown System) (SIL 3 and SIL 2 Loops).
• Test of all PSD (Process Shutdown System).
• Test of all F&G.
• SIF test for each loop request from SRS.
• Update of all Commissioning Procedure.
• Update of C&E and Hierarchy for ESD and PSD Systems.
• All the test on the safety systems have been performed following the SRS , C&E  and Hierarchy.
